Tenacious is a competency:
The behaviors that I have developed from this course are
staying on top of my work and trying to be as creative as possible and talking
to different demographics about what they think is wrong with our environment
at UF.
Tenacious is also about attitude:
A time when I’ve felt like giving up is when I had three
exams in the same week and I couldn’t decide what to study for, while I was
feeling super stressed. To work through it I just calmed myself down and
organized my studies accordingly. I did not try to overload myself, but I also
thought about my studies and future at the university. I feel like I have
developed a tenacious attitude in the past two months. This class, with its
multitude of assignment, along with my other three classes have encouraged me
to be tenacious. I have worked hard and stayed motivated.
Three tips:
1. The main tip for this class is always stay on top of your
Canvas because there are a lot of assignments of any stupid points missed can
cause a letter grade in the class.
2. Another tip is to start thinking creatively and from
different aspects to see what people desire in the world. Seeing from different
points of view enhances your cultural diversity.
3. The last tip is to use the information and strategies you
use in this class in real life. The lessons you learn truly do assist you in becoming
an entrepreneur.
