            As somebody trying to create a product that connects to a mobile app, having a relationship with a skilled designer is a large advantage. This could expedite my process and save money.

2. Ability to promote on social media

            I previously worked for a promotion company in Gainesville that required me to utilize digital platforms to convince people to come to events. It is much easier to convince people to download an app and use it.

3. High knowledge of my target audience

            The people who I am mainly targeting are students at UF very similar to me. This could help me grow a base of support because I have a ton of people I know I can depend on to jumpstart my product.

4. Management ability and background

            My major is business management, and I have been studying for the last two years specifically how to run a business in the most effective ways possible. This includes the behavior of the customers, myself, and whoever works alongside me.

5. Ability to expand technologically

            Since my product is digital, as I receive more feedback and comments, it is easy to enhance my product, rather than having to create physical changes.

6. Willing and able coworkers

            I have actually spread this idea to my roommates and they are more than interested in joining along. They are very innovative and would love to work on this product. All of the help and criticism is important for enhancing the idea.

7. Research on the industry

            Throughout this class, I have been doing more and more research on parking and technological aspect of the industry. There is a want for assistance and innovation in the industry to make it an easier process, and now I have a ton of knowledge on those desires.

8. Convenient location

            What is nice is that I want to implement this product on University of Florida campus first. Since I will be here for the next two years, I could really develop this into something great since I do not have to travel a lot.

9. Technologically Advanced

            Even though I will have a lot of assistance in designing and installing the product, I am very familiar with all electronic platforms, and I can stay on top of all of the changes that are constantly occurring in the market.

10. Organization and time management skills

            Throughout my years in college, the attribute that has developed the most for me is organization. I am always on top of my many classes and extracurricular activities. This couldn’t be more helpful when trying to start-up a business.

I believe that my top resource is the high knowledge of my target audience. In a college town such as Gainesville, once word gets out about a new app or business, it spreads very quickly. If I can get my application spread around through my connections, I believe it would have great success.
